Work started in August 2019 with ONCCE being contracted to construct the reinforced concrete basement and transfer slab along with a transfer slab to the first floor. 

The Retaining wall was along the entire perimiter of the building, with some sections being cast single sided, against piles. The transfer slab was generally 450mm thick with deep beams throughout for extra support. In addition to this there were two lift shafts with attached stairwells and a ramp into the basement with a water tank underneath. 

Works were completed in January 2020.
